When you send a trip enquiry, we store your name, email address, destination, approximate trip length and message in our Cloudflare database so that we can handle your request. Please avoid sending passport details, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.
We collect basic website activity: page path, referral hostname (without query parameters), approximate country from Cloudflare, device category and event time. A random identifier stored in your browser tab is used to count sessions and estimate active visitors. It is not an account identifier. Activity records are retained for up to 90 days. Browsers signalling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from this activity collection.
To limit enquiry spam, we retain a daily hash of the submitting IP address with the enquiry; the application does not store the raw address in its database. Cloudflare may process network information to deliver and protect the service.
Administrator access to enquiry records is restricted. For privacy questions or a request concerning your enquiry, contact contact@hellotripschina.com. This site currently has no online payment processing.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PKEZQ6WYN0) to understand website visits and successful trip enquiry submissions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser, page and interaction information under Google’s policies. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, enquiry messages or passwords to Google Analytics. This third-party service is separate from our Cloudflare-hosted operational analytics. You can limit tracking through browser privacy settings or content blockers.
